We needed it, so we built it.
Hynesense is new. The software behind it is not. It already runs the William Hynes Group every day.
Hynesense began as the build team inside the William Hynes Group, whose companies build, buy, supply and look after solar farms and battery storage across the UK and Ireland. The off-the-shelf tools did not fit how our site, finance and investment teams worked, so we built our own: a work and CRM platform in place of a paid subscription, an accounts portal that connects to Sage, quality control software used on live solar sites, an investor data room, a procurement platform and a market intelligence tracker. We built the group companies' websites too. Those systems run the group every day.
Now we build the same way for other businesses: construction firms, engineers, architects, estate agents, professional practices, manufacturers, clinics and retailers. You do not need to know what AI can do. We start with how your week really runs, build one useful thing first, and keep a person in charge of every decision that matters.
How we got here

A group with work to run

Tools that did not fit
Paid subscriptions covered part of the work and created gaps everywhere else, so information was re-typed to keep up.
