Every machine on site carries its own QR label. Operators check it in from their phone, the pre-use checks are recorded with photos, and the site team always knows what is in use, by whom, and what has been stopped.

HyneSite · Site access and right to work
New workers register on the gate tablet, a site manager checks their right to work before the first shift, and every arrival after that is checked at the gate, by face or by name. The site team sees who is on site, whose checks are due and who was turned away, supplier by supplier.

The operating system for a whole group of companies: work, sales and conversations in one place.
We built spaces, folders, lists, boards, calendars, timelines, priorities, fields, subtasks, dependencies, time tracking, documents, chat, dashboards, goals, automations, recurring tasks and a weighted sales pipeline, with real-time presence and native mobile apps. OfficeOfAgents works inside it: agents draft, a person decides.
The group runs its work, sales and conversations from it.

One finance workspace for several companies, wired into Sage.
We connected the portal to Sage through Sage's own secure sign-in, so suppliers, nominal codes, invoices, payments and bank balances arrive once a day and on demand. We added AI coding of every invoice line for staff to check, purchase orders with approval bands, bulk weekly entry and an IT ticket desk.
Invoices are read and coded the moment they land, and every approved PDF is filed against its Sage record.

A quality system built for the field: drawings, inspections, snags and site records.
We built progress tracking, drawing review and markup, a library of over 100 report and record templates and 74 inspection and test plan templates for solar and battery storage work, each editable.
Site teams always see the current approved drawing, and every revision is kept.

We brought project status, site activity, plant, actions and controlled documents into one structured workspace with clear ownership.
