Software for construction contractors, proven on our own sites
Plant checks on paper, drawings out of date by the time they reach site, and invoices nobody can code until the site manager rings back. Our own group builds solar farms and battery storage sites, so we wrote the construction software its site and office teams run on. No software house knows a contractor's week better, and we build the same for yours.

Already running on our own sites
William Hynes Energistics, our sister company, builds solar farms and battery storage across the UK and Ireland. These are the systems we built for its sites and its office, and they are where we start with yours.
- Every machine carries a QR label. The operator scans it with their own phone, with no app to install, completes the pre-use check and takes photos, and a defect that stops use tags the machine DO NOT USE straight away.
- One register covers owned and hired plant by site and supplier, with each machine's checks, maintenance, hours and who had it. Hired plant that has sat idle for two working days is flagged for off-hire.
- Site drawings are uploaded as PDF or image files, marked up, sent for review and published, so site teams always see the current approved drawing and every revision is kept.
- A library of over 100 report and record templates covers daily diaries, inspection registers, hold and witness points, non-conformances, snag lists, photo packs and client handover packs, as spreadsheets or branded PDFs.
- A document builder drafts RAMS, method statements, toolbox talks, site briefs, daily reports and incident reports from a few details, for a competent person to check and finish before anything is issued.
- Invoices are routed to the right approvers by category, with a senior approver added above a value you set. Whoever submits an invoice can never approve it, and every decision is recorded.

Where we start
One job first, done properly
We start on site, not in a meeting room. We walk the job with your site manager and follow one piece of paper, usually the plant check sheet, the site diary or a supplier invoice, from the moment it is written to the moment someone acts on it. The first release fixes that one journey and connects to the systems your office already uses. AI drafts documents and codes invoices; a competent person checks and signs off before anything is issued, paid or used.
