Developers and housebuilders juggle land appraisals, packages on site, snags before completion and buyers asking for updates. Our own group acquires and builds energy sites, with the same pressure of land, contractors and handover, and we built the systems it runs on. Housing schemes get the same proven tools, from land to keys.

WillBe Energy acquires and builds solar and battery storage sites, and William Hynes Energistics builds them. These systems carry their projects from scope to handover.
- Upload a scope of works and the portal drafts the project: work packages, tasks and checklists, key dates, RFIs, risks, quantities and lists of materials and plant. A person reviews the draft before anything is created.
- Site drawings are uploaded as PDF or image files, marked up, sent for review and published, so site teams always see the current approved drawing and every revision is kept.
- A library of over 100 report and record templates covers daily diaries, inspection registers, hold and witness points, non-conformances, snag lists, photo packs and client handover packs, as spreadsheets or branded PDFs.
- A supplier directory sorts preferred suppliers by category and site, and runs a Companies House check on each, giving a simple OK, Watch or Critical rating with the reasons.
- Variations, delays, RFIs and other formal notices are numbered, tracked through to paid and drafted for you as a branded PDF or Word document, with an action log that tracks owners and due dates.

One job first, done properly
We start where the handovers hurt, usually between site and sales or between the build team and the buyer. Our own acquisition and construction teams taught us that most delay sits in those gaps, so the first release joins one of them, and the rest follows from there.
